Exclusive appointment – top tips

We want every bride who visits us to have an exceptional experience!

Here are some top tips to make your experience exceptional, and of course in these uncertain times as safe as possible.

Your safety and that of your loved ones is our priority along with finding your dream gown!
Rest assured we have done all we can to ensure we are Covid secure and adhering to all government guidelines.

Covid Precautions
Our beautiful boutique is cleaned everyday. All high contact surfaces are also disinfected following every appointment.
Wash your hands before you travel to the boutique and use the hand gel provided when you arrive.
Masks must be worn at all times (unless there is a medical reason not to) – if you have one please bring it along although we do have masks should you need one.
We will provide you with a plastic bag to place your shoes and handbag in, and some disposable slippers to keep your feet warm!
We allow two guests to accompany you to your appointment (please note your guest must be over 16 years of age).
Guests must remain seated throughout the appointment.
Gowns will be shown to you from the rails, rather than browsing to minimise contact

Top Tips
Underwear – wear comfortable underwear that makes you feel good (we will provide a freshly laundered dressing gown for you to wear).
Shoes / Accessories – if you have your wedding shoes and accessories please bring them along (don’t worry if you haven’t chosen them yet).
False tan – to keep our gowns pristine, no false tan or tinted body moisturiser should be worn. Due to the damage these products cause gowns, you will be unable to try gowns on if you are wearing either.
Parking – please park directly behind the boutique and walk around to the front of the building – the entrance is the door closest to the traffic lights (Tesco parking is limited to 3 hours should you wish to park there).
Appointment duration – we allocate 1.5 hours for an appointment, so you have lots of time to find your perfect gown.
Photos – no photos can be taken during your appointment unless a gown is purchased.
Cashless – we are a cashless business therefore only accept debit and credit cards as payment. A 60% deposit is required on any gown purchased.
